SELF DEFENSE INDONESIA was established in 2007 to provide practical self defense courses and protection training. The system is used and taught to members of the Indonesian Special Police Unit (Polda Metro Jaya) and it is easy to learn, effective and can be learned under a reasonably short amount of time.
